Dispensary

Convenient locations connected to Releaf Clinics

Expertise and Specialised Knowledge

Releaf dedicated dispensaries have in-depth training on alternative medicines, including dosing, product selection, and interactions. Mainstream pharmacies typically lack this focused knowledge.

Better Patient Education and Support

Releaf specialised dispensaries offer individualised consultations and take the time to:

Explain how to use vaporisers and/or administer oils correctly

Monitor patient response and side effects

Assist with titration and follow-up dosing changes

Vaporiser cleaning service

All Releaf dispensaries sell at recommended retail prices - no hidden mark ups or fees

Releaf dispensaries are:

Reliable and have consistent stock availability

Stock a wide range of products from licensed suppliers

Are familiar with brands, bioavailability differences, and patient preferences

Stock a wide range of vaporisers, parts and accessories

Stock wide range of complementary products

Many community pharmacies stock limited lines or must special-order products without offering guidance on therapeutic equivalence.

Fast and Efficient Fulfilment

Releaf dedicated dispensaries have streamlined ordering and SMS services, allowing:

Faster turnaround times

Easier repeat script management

Priority Australia wide postal service

Same day delivery to local areas (conditions apply)

In contrast, community pharmacies often face longer lead times, are unfamiliar with ordering platforms like Canview, or must call the prescriber with basic questions, delaying access.

Strong Clinic Collaboration

Releaf dispensaries work hand-in-hand with the Releaf prescribers, especially via shared care models.

They understand doctors' prescribing patterns and patient cohorts, ensuring continuity of care.

Direct communication with clinics and doctors

Support patient journey

Mainstream pharmacies are usually not integrated with clinics and may misinterpret or question scripts unnecessarily.

Patient Comfort and Reduced Stigma

Releaf dispensaries provide a non-judgmental yet highly experienced environment, essential for patient trust, especially with:

Elderly patients

Veterans

Those with mental health concerns

At a typical pharmacy, patients may feel judged, misunderstood, or be told the pharmacy cannot support the patient.
